Data Deletion Policy

You can ask ZoroTones to delete your account and personal data at any time. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

1. Email zorotones@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion".
2. Send it from the Google email address you use to sign in to ZoroTones, so we can confirm the account is yours.
3. Tell us whether you want the ringtones you uploaded removed as well. If you do not say, we remove them.

What we delete

• Your account: name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID.
• Your favourites, likes and comments.
• Your uploaded ringtones and their audio files, unless you ask us to keep them online.
• Your creator program applications, except records we must keep by law.

What we may keep

• Download statistics that do not identify you.
• Payment and tax records for creators who received payouts, for as long as Indian law requires.
• Information needed to handle a legal claim or a copyright complaint that is still open.
• Copies in backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.

How long it takes

We confirm your request within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You can also stop using the Service at any time and remove ZoroTones from your Google account permissions at myaccount.google.com.
