1. ZoroTones content

The ZoroTones name, the ZT logo, the design and layout of zorotones.com, and the text and software we create are owned by ZoroTones. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

2. Ringtones and user content

Ringtones and other content uploaded by users belong to their creators or to the original rights holders. ZoroTones does not claim ownership of them. Uploaders give ZoroTones only the licence described in our Terms and Conditions, so that we can host and share their ringtones on the Service.

3. Respecting the rights of others

Users must upload only content they created or have permission to share. Film songs, music, dialogues and sound effects are usually protected by copyright, and uploading them without permission is not allowed.

4. Personal use of downloads

Ringtones are made available for personal, non-commercial use on your own phone. Any other use may need permission from the rights holder.

5. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on ZoroTones infringes your copyright or trademark, please follow our Infringement Takedown Policy and email zorotones@gmail.com. Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be closed.
