Terms And Conditions

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Welcome to ZoroTones. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to everyone who visits zorotones.com or uses any of its features (the "Service"). ZoroTones is referred to below as "ZoroTones", "we", "us" or "our". By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What ZoroTones offers

ZoroTones lets you listen to and download ringtones for free in MP3 (Android) and M4R (iPhone) formats. Registered users can also save favourites, comment, and upload, trim and share their own ringtones. Some creators may join optional creator programs, which have their own terms.

2. Who can use the Service

You can browse and download without an account. To create an account you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. You sign in with your Google account, and you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Downloads are for personal use

Ringtones are provided for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices. You may not sell, resell, republish in bulk, or use the ringtones in commercial products without permission from the rights holder.

4. Content you upload

  • You may upload only audio that you created yourself or that you have every right and licence needed to share.
  • Uploading film songs, music or sounds owned by others without permission is not allowed.
  • You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you give ZoroTones a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, convert, display, stream and make your ringtone available for download on the Service, and to show it in lists, search results and promotions of the Service. This licence ends when your content is removed, except for copies kept for legal reasons or in backups for a limited time.
  • Titles, tags, comments and other text you post must be accurate and lawful.

5. Things you must not do

  • Upload or post anything unlawful, infringing, obscene, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful to children.
  • Upload content that threatens the unity, integrity, security or sovereignty of India, or public order.
  • Impersonate any person, or post spam, malware or misleading links.
  • Inflate plays, downloads, likes or comments with bots, scripts, paid traffic or repeated self-activity.
  • Try to break, overload, scrape or bypass the security of the Service.

6. Removal of content and accounts

We may remove any content, or suspend or close any account, that breaks these Terms or the law, or when we receive a valid complaint. Repeat copyright infringers will lose their accounts. See our Infringement Takedown Policy for how to report content.

7. Advertising

The Service is free and is supported by advertising. Ads may be shown on pages and may be provided by third-party advertising partners. We are not responsible for the products or websites advertised.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that every ringtone will work on every device. Ringtones uploaded by users are their responsibility, not ours.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ZoroTones is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which for free users is zero.

10. Grievance Officer

In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints about content or the Service can be sent to our Grievance Officer at zorotones@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
