Infringement Takedown Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

ZoroTones respects copyright and other intellectual property rights, and we expect our users to do the same. If a ringtone on zorotones.com uses your work without permission, tell us and we will act on it.

How to send a takedown notice

Email zorotones@gmail.com with the subject "Copyright" and include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number and email address.
  2. A description of the work you own, such as the song, film or recording.
  3. The link to each ringtone page on zorotones.com that you want removed.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or are authorised to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We acknowledge every notice within 24 hours. If the notice is complete and valid, we remove or disable access to the content promptly. Removed ringtones stop working on the site and are taken out of search listings. We may let the uploader know that the content was removed.

Counter-notice

If your ringtone was removed and you believe this was a mistake, or that you had permission to use the work, email us with the link, your explanation and any proof of permission. We will review it and may restore the content where appropriate.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content will be closed, and creators may lose any creator program benefits and earnings linked to that content.

Other objectionable content

You can also use this address, or the report button on comments, to report content that is unlawful, abusive, obscene or harmful. We handle these reports under our Terms and Conditions and applicable Indian law.
